Boreal Bounty Farm Products
What produce/products do we bring to market, sell on the farm and online?
We sell our products Saturday mornings at the Two Harbors Farmer's Market, through the Twin Ports REKO ring, to members of the North Shore Collaborative, Studio 20/20 Art Tour weekend and most days directly from our Clover Valley Farm Trail farmstand at our farm outside of Two Harbors. You can also order some products online for pick up at the farm or delivery.
Here's what fresh produce we plan to offer for the 2023 season: beets, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celery, cucumbers, garlic, green beans, herbs, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuces, onions, peppers, potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, rhubarb, spinach, tomatoes, winter squash and much much more!
We also have home canned products, ranging from a variety of jams and jellies, herbed salts & spices, cucumber relish to tomato salsa. We inherited several apple trees and offer freshly picked apples, applebutter and cider in the fall. Pat also creates and markets various chocolates and caramels during the holiday season.

Veggies
Boreal Bounty Farm grows several different varieties of over 20 different veggies and many different herbs. Many of these veggies are used in our farm produced canned goods.
Canned Goods
Boreal Bounty Farm is a MN registered Cottage Food Producer (CFP). This allows us to make and sell products in our home kitchen for you to enjoy. CFP's are registered, regulated and trained by the state of MN. "These products are homemade and canned and not subject to state inspection."
Jams/Jellies
Boreal Bounty Farm produces several different jams/jellies. We pick the fruit and use our own rhubarb, peppers and apples in these products. Blueberry, Blubarb, Strawberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Raspberry, Hot Pepper Jelly, Tripleberry and Applebutter are some of our offerings.
Apple Products
Boreal Bounty Farm had around 20 apple trees of unknown varieties when we moved in. Although we don't know the varieties, we have crisp eating apples, apples perfect for baking and when mixed together create an amazing applesauce, apple butter and apple cider.
